  1. Warranties are offered by 3rd parties in contract with CarSwitch for offering car warranties service. CarSwitch is in no case liable for any mechanical malfunctions after the car is sold.
  2. In case of future claims related to the warranty, CarSwitch is in no way involved in the process of claims management and is not liable for any decisions made by the 3rd party offering the warranty that is related to the approval or rejection of the claim. In case the the service provider rejected any claims, CarSwitch is not liable to cover any claims rejected by the service provider or compensating the buyer with any amounts related to any claim.
  3. Parts covered under the warranty: Engine, Gearbox, Differential, A.C compressor, Radiator, steering wheel oil reservoir, break oil reservoir
  4. Coverage amount per claim from the service provider range from SAR 3000-5000
  5. Buyer must sign the Warranty T&C declration form within 24 hours of buying the car, otherwise the warranty can be void from serivce provider
  6. The warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the 3rd party offering the service.
  7. Warranties are not guaranteed to be offered on all cars on our website even in cases where it shows warranty badge on our website. In some cases the car might go through additional inspections after the deposit is being paid on the car and CarSwitch or 3rd party warranty provider might revoke the warranty on the car
  8. The customer is committed to periodic maintenance depending on the manufacturer’s guidelines every five thousand kilometers or every three months, whichever is earlier, or ten thousand kilometers, or six months, whichever is earlier.
  9. Not to carry out any repairs before the company’s approval of the parts covered by the warranty, and the customer is not entitled to claim the value of the repair except after obtaining prior approval.
  10. The customer is not entitled to claim any repairs resulting from an accident or collision.
